We are open but for everyone’s safety we do not allow owners to enter our clinic.

Admittance procedures: Please remain in your car when you get to our clinic and call (604) 549-4944 to let us know that you have arrived. There is street parking in front of the clinic. When we are ready to see your pet, we’ll call you and ask you to come to the tent in front of the clinic. Someone from our clinic will admit your pet. Once the appointment is over, we’ll call you and return your pet back to you. After the examination the ophthalmologist will meet you outside to discuss the results.

Payments: We take payments outside in the form of credit, debit or cash.

Please cancel your appointment: if you feel unwell with a fever or a cough or if you were in contact with a person who has COVID-19 in the past week.
